An evening with TABIVA
- At 7 pm the floor is on the manager’s tablet: who is seated, which table is freeing up, who is waiting.
- A party of four walks in without a booking. Seated in one tap; ten minutes later, moved to the terrace in two.
- Table 12 scans its stand: the menu in English, then “Ask for the bill”. Three seconds later the request is on the service screen — taken on by Rosa, closed.
- Saturday is a wedding: the “Wedding” layout prepared the day before is activated, the top table and the dance floor are in place, the QR codes show the programme.
- At closing time, the numbers tell the truth: peak occupancy, covers, service times.
